No matter who you are, you can use the capacity of your brain to get a better life and better relationships. With newly increased consciousness, we all can communicate well across religions, cultures and skin color. A new understanding is created, as well as other solutions for cooperation that we did not see earlier. You are sitting on the solution yourself! Your own brain can help you to set free all that you are, with simple scientific methods.
In today’s society we must constantly be changing. The changes happen quickly. We are expected to cope with the changes instantly, while we simultaneously keep up a good front by performing well at work, having a nice home and good looks. On the outside we continually make adjustments to meet new demands, while we forget about what goes on inside.
In 1986 I brutally hit the wall, and that got me started changing myself in a goal-oriented way on the inside. The reasons I hit the wall were traumatic experiences, much stress in daily life and a lack of knowledge about how we humans function.
The school system didn’t teach me much about life itself, and even less about how I could live a good life and cope with situations I encounter along the way.
Society taught me about what I could do based on a limited way of thinking. I had to stay within rules and standards – or else I was not like everyone else:
- not kind enough
- not good enough
- not smart enough
- and the “who do you think you are” attitude was all too prevalent.
Deborah as an individual disappeared.
As a financial manager and with an analytical perspective, I started my search for answers about how to live a stressful daily life with inner peace.
ConsciousnessTraining is the result of 24 years of my own development and research. I compiled the insight and knowledge I had gained into a new way of training the brain with simple techniques and making greater use of the capacity we all have. This has changed my own personal life completely; from a hopeless, stressful and depressing daily life to a life where my normal state is one of calmness and joy, where I cope with challenges on short notice, see new possibilities in unexpected situations and constantly am able to renew my energy levels.
What drives me is a desire to get as many people as possible to make use of ConsciousnessTraining to prevent burnout, learn to cope with stress and opposition, and create a better society by being a better version of oneself. I found that when I myself felt responsible for my own feelings and reactions, that was a great step forward in my own development. I used the techniques to process traumatic experiences in my life, so that I could be present in the world without anger, hate and bitterness towards people who had hurt me.
When we create changes on the inside, large or small, we influence the people around us. We can deliberately use the brain’s capacity to develop a new form of consciousness that can help us to solve the challenges we encounter in life and in society.
We humans have many more resources available to us than we have been aware of. With goal-oriented training, the brain can build new connections between the two brain hemispheres and function more efficiently in daily life.
The best part is that when you train your brain to function in optimal balance, even difficult matters become easy! Intuition, or gut feelings, are developed in this way to be your most important tool when making decisions. Everyone can do it!
