1What does the course consist of?
The course is based on lectures and mental exercises. As a participant, you do not need to perform in any way or share information about yourself.
2How does a course take place?
  • We are in a venue with chairs set up theater style
  • Lectures take place in sessions of 1.5 hours each, with breaks between each session
  • There are mental exercises where you:
    • Close your eyes and listen to the exercise that is read
    • Your thoughts are used actively in the exercise in order to train the brain for greater efficiency
And that is all that participants need to do!
3How should I prepare myself?
You do not need to prepare anything, other than to arrange your schedule to allow for a pleasant weekend class.
4Do I need prior knowledge or training?
No. The only requirement is that you are present during all of the 20-hour course.
5 Does this have anything to do with religion?
No. At this course you learn to access greater possibilities in yourself based the physical outer and inner creative levels. This can be done independent of religion or beliefs.
6What is included in the price of the course?
Upon completion of the weekend you will receive a compendium, a diploma and a card that allows you to take repeat courses for a discount price. You also have an opportunity to call your instructor for guidance in using the techniques.
7Why is it beneficial to repeat the ConsciousnessTraining I?
Self-development means that you are constantly in a state of development. Each repeat course gives new insight, greater depth and motivation to continue making changes.
8Will everybody manage to get trained?
Yes, as long as you complete the course.
9 How much time do I have to spend after a course to get results?
The results from the research project show that the course in itself gives you functional changes. The research also shows that by using the techniques you get additional results. In your everyday life you have access to your possibilities by taking a deep breath with your eyes open. You decide how much time you want to spend on the techniques. By using 5-10 minutes a day you will gain additional effects from the course and be well on your way to a better life.
10I have a good life. Will I stand to gain any benefits?
No matter where you are or how well you are doing you will get positive functional changes. There are always unused possibilities available to us, even if we do not necessarily see them at present.
